They are the first person our customers see upon arrival, and the last person our customers see when they depart. Description:

The Overnight Valet Auditor is responsible for capturing and verifying all overnight ticket revenue, parking and retrieving guest vehicles, as well as serving guests in a hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience during arrival and departure.

Overnight Valet Night Auditor Duties:

Maintain presence and service throughout the night. Prepare night audit “bundle”, billing and audit duties in a timely manner according to Access Parking standards and standard operating procedures. Investigate allowances and discrepancies, reporting issues to the manager when necessary. Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner; use claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery of the vehicle. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working. Load and unload luggage carts and vehicles when necessary. Maintain a clean work area.

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Experience:

Strong customer service experience. Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Ability to drive a car. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Willingness to be flexible. Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations. Must be able to work unsupervised. Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded). Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
