Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills. Professional appearance. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record. Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Responsibilities Greet customers as they arrive and assist with parking their vehicles. Ensure the lot is organized and that vehicles are parked in designated areas. Conduct regular inspections of the lot to maintain cleanliness and safety. Assist with vehicle retrieval for customers upon request. Provide support to the dealership staff as needed, including moving vehicles for display or service. Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest services. Experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Previous experience in valet parking or as a delivery driver is advantageous. Basic knowledge of retail math to assist with cash handling tasks. Bilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
