The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles in a busy environment. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. As a Car Parker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth parking experience for our customers. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with parking their vehicles. Safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to company policies and procedures. Monitor the parking area to ensure all vehicles are parked correctly and securely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers. Report any vehicle damage or suspicious activity to management immediately. Assist in managing traffic flow during peak hours to ensure safety and efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
