out of 5 stars 2510 Lakeland Drive, Flowood, MS 39232 GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Parking Attendant at our Flowood office in Mississippi. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Position purpose Ensure safety and provide assistance to patients, guests, vendors, providers and staff members utilizing the Companys premises/parking lot complex.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks :
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Monitor the parking lot for any unauthorized activity and report to management. Direct traffic in and out of the parking lot Ensure sidewalks, parking lot and office entrance are clean and free of debris and trash Respect the autonomy and the right to confidentiality of all patients, guests, vendors, and staff entering and exiting the office complex Strictly follow all guidelines and procedures to ensure safety and confidentiality Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers. Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot and offer additional service during inclement weather Report any suspicious acts to office manager Maintain acceptable hygiene and professional appearance Monitors the office building and parking lot lights for proper working order and notifies Office Manager of items needing attention. Comply with all company policies and procedures Other duties assigned as assigned Law enforcement, military, or prior security training and experience required. Ability to contact medical and law enforcement personnel as needed.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience preferred
Performance Requirements:
Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs on a regular basis Detailed and organizational skills, capable of completing tasks in an efficient manner. Able to demonstrate ability to perform duties with minimal supervision Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to patients served including staff, GI Alliance consumers, and the public.
