Summary We are currently seeking a Service Porter to join our dynamic team at Valley Auto World BMW. In this role, you will be an essential part of our service department, assisting with the movement of vehicles and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your contributions will help us maintain our high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist in the movement of vehicles within the dealership, ensuring they are parked in designated areas. Prepare vehicles for service appointments by cleaning and organizing them as needed. Support service technicians by delivering parts and supplies to their workstations. Maintain cleanliness in the service area and ensure all tools are organized. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and service needs. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during vehicle drop-off or pick-up. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Previous experience in an automotive setting is a plus but not required.
