The Guest Relations Representative will deliver and foster a premier level of service for our clients and dealerships based on trust and respect, and by developing and maintaining strong professional relationships. The position is the single point of contact for our clients to address service inquiries and concerns. .
Essential Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the Guest and Service Consultant if and when necessary; Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed; Work with sales and service clients as a brand ambassador to exceed client and dealer expectations in all deliverables; Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested; Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered; Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot; Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities; Assists in resolving quest complaints, and coordinates management assistance when necessary; Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management; Greet guests entering the Service Department.
Job Requirements:
Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills; Possess outgoing personality; Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment; Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements; Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work on Saturday and Sunday; All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports .
