Job Summary The Service Desk Attendant is responsible for operating and maintaining the Employee Fitness Center Service Desk, the hub of the fitness center. An integral role, the Service Desk Attendant communicates a wide variety of information and provides excellent customer service to Employee Fitness Center members. Duties include matching member needs with appropriate staff, scheduling appointments, processing POS transactions, maintaining high levels of member satisfaction, and actively monitoring Employee Fitness Center and members to ensure safety. Qualifications Education:
Minimum of 2 years of post secondary education, Bachelor’s degree; preferred
Experience:
CPR and First Aid certification, preferred.
Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor certification, preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
One year of customer service necessary.
Experience with physical fitness assessments and exercise instruction a plus.
Demonstrates standards of performance (ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion) that support patient satisfaction and principles of service excellence.
Performs other duties as assigned.
