Responsibilities:

The Service Porter/Greeter is responsible for the task of welcoming service customers throughout the day and helping make their visit a pleasant and convenient one. The Service Porter/Greeter is responsible for moving service customer’s vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility to increase customer convenience while also maintaining an orderly service parking area. An individual’s attitude affects customers, co-workers, and job performance. Therefore the position requires that an employee maintain a positive, progressive, cooperative attitude each day, with an ultimate focus on customer satisfaction.
