The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lot while providing exceptional customer service. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for managing vehicle flow, assisting customers, and maintaining the overall appearance of the lot. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a positive experience for every customer. Responsibilities Greet customers upon arrival and assist them in parking their vehicles. Drive and maneuver vehicles safely, including those with manual transmissions. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the parking lot, ensuring it is free of debris and hazards. Assist in managing vehicle inventory and ensuring its correct placement. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise. Supervise and monitor vehicles in the parking lot. Move vehicles within the parking lot or for display. Ensure the parking lot is tidy and clean. Manage keys, alarms, or security cameras. Assist with minor tasks (washing, jump-starting, quick vehicle checks). Collaborate with team members to ensure parking lot efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Support the service department as needed, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmission. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is an advantage. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining professionalism. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
