Audi Lynbrook The Valet Attendant / Lot Person performs tasks that are critical to the operation of our dealerships. Having someone to position vehicles and manage the property is essential. Your daily responsibilities:
Maintains vehicle inventory, physical appearance and mechanical performance by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary. Greeting customers and helping them with introductions to the service or sales department. Places buyer guides and stock tags on all vehicles Keeps display lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the manager and in accordance with dealership display standards. Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed. Makes key tags for and handles inventory of vehicles. Retrieves and delivers vehicles from property locations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualities we’re looking for: Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends. A positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident and outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve. High school diploma or equivalent. You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic. You have strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction. You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development. Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service. Reliable transportation to and from work every single day. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
