Certified Performance Motors is a high-volume, fast-paced used car dealership focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a top-tier inventory. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Lot Manager to take over a key role previously held by a long-standing team member.

Job Description:

The Lot Manager oversees the organization, cleanliness, and presentation of all vehicles on the lot. This role ensures smooth vehicle flow, manages lot staff (if applicable), and supports the sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, park, and move vehicles as needed for sales, service, and deliveries Ensure all cars are clean, properly tagged, and displayed professionally Conduct regular lot audits to confirm inventory location accuracy Handle coordination of reconditioning, photo shoots, and transport scheduling Maintain cleanliness of the lot and building exterior Report any vehicle or lot issues to management immediately Fuel vehicles and check tire pressure when required Support with test drives and dealer trades as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Prior experience in a dealership lot or automotive setting preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
