We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Valet/Porter to join our team. For this role we also expect for you to role up your sleeves to help clean and detail vehicles if need be. You will provide an exceptional valet parking services, assist with guest needs, and maintain a clean and organized facility. The ideal candidate is professional, courteous, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner. Adding and removal of vehicles on our excel docs Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service. Assist with transporting vehicles from point A to B. Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas, lobbies, and other assigned spaces. Perform light maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, trash removal, or minor repairs. Perform cleaning and/or detailing if needed. Report any vehicle or property damage to management immediately. Adhere to all safety and company policies.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Professional appearance and demeanor. Previous valet, porter, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
