This role is essential to the efficient operation of our dealership, with responsibilities including vehicle lot management, customer assistance, and support for service and delivery operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain an organized vehicle lot by ensuring all cars are properly parked and accounted for. Greet and assist customers with locating their vehicles and explaining available services. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for damages, and readiness. Manage the flow of vehicles during busy periods, including valet coordination when required. Prepare vehicles for delivery and support delivery drivers with timely dispatch. Work closely with service writers and Technicians to resolve customer concerns and improve service efficiency. Ensure timely movement of serviced vehicles through the wash bay and perform minor detailing to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards before returning them to customers. Skills & Qualifications Proficient reading and writing skills for basic inventory tracking and documentation. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (preferred). Prior experience in valet, hospitality, or guest services is a plus. Familiarity with customer service best practices in a dealership or automotive setting. Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
