Lot Attendant Reports To:

Lot Supervisor Objective:

Ensure all tasks involved with the daily operation of the lot are completed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner while keeping within company guidelines and standards. Scope of activities include but are not limited to; Safely and secure inventory within all vehicles that enter the lot Provide professional service to debtors, transporters and all third parties who are authorized on the lot Complete condition reports in a timely manner using various applications Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles Report any deficiencies or abnormalities to your Lot Supervisor Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor Growing company in the Chester, Pennsylvania area has a need for Lot Attendants at their repossession lot. The position is full time days 8:30am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

Processing repossessed vehicles with photos, condition reports and property inventories. Preparing vehicles for transport to Auction Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property Completing all required paperwork under deadline Move vehicles to proper places within the lot using a tow truck

Requirements:

Drivers License with reliable transportation High School Diploma or GED Knowledge in use of technology (PC, Tablet and have a working cell phone) Automotive/Repo knowledge helpful
