Volvo Valet Volvo Cars Fort Washington 115 North Bethlehem Pike, Fort Washington, PA 19034 As a Valet Driver/Car Wash attendant you will be responsible for retrieval and return of client’s vehicles, parking and adjusting vehicles on our lots, running them through our car wash and maintaining a clean and efficient environment. This role requires excellent customer service, safe driving skills, and an understanding of car wash procedures.

Valet Driver/Car Wash Job Description:

Pre/Post-Loan Inspection:

Check vehicles for damage at time of loan and return. •

Valet Service:

Picking up and delivering vehicles that are scheduled for valet appointments.

Parking and Retrieval:

Park and retrieve vehicles for guests, ensuring safe and efficient movement of vehicles.

Customer Service:

Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out.

Record Keeping:

Track vehicle locations and keep accurate records.

Traffic Control:

Direct traffic in the valet area and parking lots.

Car Wash Duties:

Pre-Wash Inspection:

Check vehicles for damage before running them through the wash.

Wash and Dry:

Operate car wash equipment, wash and dry vehicles thoroughly.

Maintenance:

Maintain car wash equipment and ensure its proper functioning.

Vacuum:

Ensure all vehicles receive a complimentary vacuum of all interior floors and any area where debris collects.

Cleanliness:

Keep the car wash area and parking lot clean and organized.

Operate vehicles carefully and efficiently, following all traffic laws.

Communication:

Interact professionally with guests and colleagues.

Problem Solving:

Address minor issues or concerns related to vehicles or the car wash.

General Maintenance:

Assist with general upkeep of the property and equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License:

Required for operating vehicles safely.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to interact with guests professionally and courteously.

Driving Skills:

Comfortable and proficient in driving various vehicles. Attention to

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
