Position Overview:

As the Valet Assistant Account Manager , you will oversee daily valet operations, ensuring seamless service and a high level of guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, assisting with valet duties while supervising and training valet attendants to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise and support valet team members to maintain efficiency and professionalism ✅ Greet guests warmly and oversee vehicle parking and retrieval operations ✅ Train and mentor valet attendants on proper safety procedures and guest service standards ✅ Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained valet area ✅ Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism ✅ Monitor traffic flow and ensure efficient use of parking space ✅ Communicate effectively with management and team members for smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Open Availability on Weekends (REQUIRED!) ✔ Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (valet or hospitality industry a plus!) ✔ Strong customer service and communication skills ✔ 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record ✔ Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred, but not required) ✔ Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude ✔ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions ✔ Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods ✔ Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Ready to take the next step in your hospitality career?
