Position Overview:
As a Valet Attendant , you will be the first and last impression for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming valet experience. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests with professionalism, safely parking and retrieving their vehicles, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage and information upon arrival and departure ✅ Safely park and retrieve vehicles while accurately logging vehicle information and locations ✅ Maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety protocols ✅ Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and hotel amenities ✅ Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
