Lot Attendant Jones Ford Inc. 5757 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and presentation of our dealership lot, ensuring that vehicles are clean, accessible, and ready for customer viewing. This position is essential in providing excellent guest services and enhancing the overall customer experience. Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed. Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and provide information about available inventory. Move vehicles to designated areas within the lot, ensuring proper placement for optimal visibility. Operate manual transmission vehicles safely and efficiently when moving cars. Support sales staff by preparing vehicles for test drives and deliveries. Handle cash register transactions accurately when assisting with customer payments. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a seamless experience. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. Experience Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse clientele is valued. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary; experience as a delivery driver is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
