Responsibilities Regularly walk through assigned parking garages to ensure payment compliance and assist drivers with any questions, challenges, or concerns they may have. Using your smartphone, you will ‘scan’ the license plate of every vehicle in each facility to confirm proper payment has been made. Then, you will issue notices for unpaid parking or work with local tow companies to remove repeat violators. Provide friendly, professional customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and resolving parking or technology-related concerns. Inspect and report any malfunctioning parking equipment (e.g., license plate recognition cameras, gate machines, etc.) to management and help troubleshoot fundamental issues on site. Work closely with the Operations management team to maintain high-quality operations, promptly address concerns, and test new features on-site. Skills High School Diploma Must be able to pass drug testing and Background Checking Must have valid drivers license and car insurance – this position will require you to drive to multiple locations Previous customer service or hospitality experience is strongly preferred. Comfortable using smartphones, handheld devices, and basic computer programs to manage tickets and payments. Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while patrolling garages.
