From a cheerful greeting as guests arrive at the hotel to a sincere thank you at departure, the ideal Wentworth Mansion bell staff helps to create a seamless five-star experience for guests throughout their stay. Bell staff duties include some hotel upkeep in addition to guest service.

Responsibilities:

Greet each guest as they arrive at the hotel Carry guests’ luggage and deliver to guestrooms Acquaint guests with the property and room amenities Provide valet parking services for guests Host the evening social hour Converse with guests about local restaurants and attractions when asked Assist with hotel upkeep including maintaining cleanliness of hotel kitchen and parking lot and distributing laundry from the on-site laundry to other Charming Inn hotel properties.

Requirements:

Must have a congenial personality and be dedicated to providing outstanding guest service Able to bend, stoop and climb stairs Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Must have flexible scheduling availability and be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license required Previous hotel experience preferred The Charming Inns family of companies are equal opportunity employers.
