Position Overview:

As a Detailer at Monster Motors, you will be instrumental in ensuring our vehicles are in impeccable condition, ready to dazzle our customers. Your meticulous eye for detail and dedication to quality will help us uphold our high reputation and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, encompassing washing, waxing, and interior cleaning. Perform meticulous inspections to maintain quality control before customer deliveries. Ensure all vehicles on the lot maintain showroom-quality appearance. Utilize specialized tools and products to achieve exceptional results. Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to meet customer demands and deadlines. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the detailing area. Strictly adhere to safety protocols to uphold a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not mandatory. Strong work ethic, driven by a commitment to delivering top-notch results. A keen eye for detail and a passion for preserving vehicle aesthetics. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual, with a strong dedication to attendance. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
