JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for maintaining and operating mini golf area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hand out shuffleboard, mini golf, and horseshoe equipment as needed. Maintain cleanliness of cabana, clubs, balls, and shuffleboard equipment and area along with the playground and horseshoe pits. Do daily site inspections to report any curb appeal or maintenance issues to the Recreation & Event Manager or Facilities & Pool Technician. Keep an accurate log of players for accounting purposes. Responsible for proper accounting of cash and start cash. Enforce club rules of safety and conduct. Balance cash and log sheets balance before closing. Answer phone, take correct messages, and handle situations. Perform minor maintenance tasks including raking horseshoe pits and keeping the course clean. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED Customer Service Experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale software.
REQUIRED LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATES N/A PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Combination of prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time (more with assistance)
