Valet Parking Attendant Hotel Cleo Knoxville, TN 37902 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle parking and ensuring a smooth flow of traffic in the parking area. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas. Monitor parking lot activity to ensure efficient use of space and maintain safety protocols. Provide directions and information to guests regarding parking policies and local attractions. Handle vehicle keys with care and maintain accurate records of parked vehicles. Assist with the retrieval of vehicles as requested by guests, ensuring timely service. Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns that arise. Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the parking area. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission and Tesla Vehicles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A valid driver’s license is required; experience as a delivery driver is an advantage. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
