Responsibilities :
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at our establishment Direct guests on parking and the check-in process Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests they may have Safely and responsibly handle guest vehicles, including parking and retrieval Utilize manual transmission vehicles for parking when necessary Provide valet parking services when required Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parking areas Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiences
Experience :
Prior experience in customer service or guest services roles is preferred Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with valet parking procedures is advantageous Bilingual skills are beneficial for interacting with a diverse clientele Experience as a delivery driver is a bonus Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly attitude
