The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as we value diverse communication skills in our team. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles. Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner while ensuring the utmost care. Manage cash handling and operate the cash register for parking fees. Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking procedures and policies. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure smooth operations during peak times. Uphold safety standards and protocols while driving guest vehicles. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; bilingual skills are a plus. Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is desirable. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various types of vehicles. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services.
