The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our dealership’s lot is organized and welcoming for customers. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are parked in an orderly fashion. Greet customers as they arrive and assist them with their needs, providing excellent customer service. Drive vehicles to designated areas within the lot as needed, ensuring safety and efficiency. Assist with cash handling duties, including processing transactions at the cash register when required. Support valet parking operations during busy periods, ensuring a smooth flow of customer traffic. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movement and customer requests. Perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles when necessary, reporting any issues to management. Qualifications Previous experience in a dealership or retail environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience with cash handling and retail math is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
