QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK
EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent. Class B driver’s license with passenger endorsement. Previous driving experience. Ability to read maps. Knowledge of emergency procedures of the road. Ability to drive in diverse road conditions and weather.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for safely driving guests to and from the airport. Assist guests with luggage, parcels and inquiries. Effectively communicate with hotel team members to ensure timely pickup of guests. Be conversational with guests, remembering that the Shuttle Driver will be the first and last impressions for the guests. Maintain cleanliness of property vehicles and report any maintenance needed to the General Manager every day. Perform scheduled maintenance checks and keep mileage logs. Fuel vehicle as needed per guidelines provided. Must maintain good driving record and report any violations to the General Manager immediately. Attend all necessary meetings.
