Van Driver / Rider – KFF Forrest City – Hourly Kids for the Future Wynne, AR 72396 Responsible for the safe transport of patients to and from the clinic in company-owned vehicles.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Drivers must be at least 21 years of age, have a clean driving record, and obtain a “P” Endorsement on their driver’s license. 3. CPR certified

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

1. Must be able to lift 50 pounds 2. Must be able to bend, squat, and sit on floor 3. Must be able to get in and out of a van. 4.
