The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to maintain vehicles in optimal condition. This role involves transporting clients to various destinations while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey. Responsibilities Safely operate vehicles, including vans, buses, and box trucks, to transport clients to designated locations. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and assisting them with their needs during transit. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked. Conduct regular vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly. Navigate efficiently using GPS systems or maps to ensure timely arrivals at destinations. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a safe driving record. Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages as required during transportation. Communicate effectively with clients regarding schedules, routes, and any changes in plans. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred. Previous experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, or as a van driver is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction. Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance tasks is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) when assisting clients with luggage or deliveries.
