Shuttle Driver Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Uncasville Mohegan Sun Area 2255 Norwich New London Turnpike, Uncasville, CT 06382 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to and from Mohegan Sun Casino. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe vehicle. Experience in shuttle driving is preferred. Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers. Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing routine inspections and necessary maintenance. Communicate effectively with passengers. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those requiring special assistance. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and team members. Previous experience in shuttle driving or school bus driving preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting when required. Commitment to providing excellent customer service in all interactions. Must pass background checks and any required training or certifications related to transportation safety.

$16.35 – $17.00 per hour
