Pickup Options:

On-Demand Pickup

• Within 60 minutes Scheduled Pickup
• Within a 30-minute window

Drop-Off Options:

On-Demand Drop-Off

• Within 4 hours of pickup Scheduled Drop-Off
• Within 120 minutes of pickup On-Demand Drop-Off by 5 PM Scheduled Drop-Off by 5 PM Drivers are matched with assignments that align with their vehicle type, availability, and location preferences.

Application Fee:

$75 A non-refundable $75 application fee is required to cover your national background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening . If you pass and remain active for 90 days , the $75 will be reimbursed . If you fail the screening or do not remain active for 90 days , the fee will not be refunded. Driver Requirements Must be 21 years or older At least 2 years of driving experience Valid in-state driver’s license Clean background and driving history: No DUI/OUI in past 7 years No more than 2 moving violations in 12 months or 3 in 3 years No reckless driving or major violations in 7 years No suspended license violations in 7 years Vehicle Requirements Vehicle must be 15-20 years old or newer Properly insured and registered Must be in good working condition
