Rate Pay:
$18+/hr.
DOE Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Employment type: Temp-to-Perm. What’s a typical day as a Driver Recruiter? You’ll be: Assist the verification of employment group in verifying the previous employment of prospective new hires Reach out to drivers, previous employers, and clinics via phone and email to resolve issues. Complete hired-30-day driver files Manage multiple driver verifications at the same time, meeting weekly deadlines Collaborate with management to implement strategies for driver retention.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to manage high volume of communication with drivers, employers, clinics, etc. Review Background Reports Understand and apply FMCSA Information Complete driver files according to DOT & company regulations Multi-task Ability to make 75-150 calls per day Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years related experience required. Knowledge in Tenstreet is a plus.
