JOB SUMMARY

A Chauffeur Driver will be passionate about guest service, guest safety and be a company ambassador. They will set the tone of the guest experience by being the first person to welcome our guests to our properties and wish them farewell as they depart. A Chauffeur must exhibit a high level of professional, polished, and personalized guest service that embodies the company’s brand, standards and core values.

This role involves operating Caesar’s Company Vehicle ‘s to transport guests to various locations, such as airports, restaurants, and local attractions. The driver is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, assist with luggage and ensure that the SUV is kept in pristine condition.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Serves as an ambassador for Caesars EntertainmentAssists guests with answering questions related to transportation, local points of interest, events, the resorts and amenitiesPick up and drop off guests on time and safely to destinationBe punctual and reliable, adhering to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.

Evaluate upcoming transportation requests and traffic impacts in the surrounding areas to exceed guest’s expectations Handle any guest complaints or issues courteously and escalate concerns to valet management when needed.

Maintains a polished appearance and professional demeanor while offering exceptional guest service and a welcoming environmentEnsure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and proceduresAssists guests in handling luggage, packages and other personal belongingsOpens doors for guests as they enter and exit the vehicleMaintains a clean and presentable vehicleEnsure the vehicle is fully stocked with necessary amenitiesMonitor vehicle maintenance and report necessary service appointments (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations).Communicates effectively with the hotel’s front desk or concierge to coordinate pickup times and locations.

Submits updated Louisiana DMV report and Chauffeur’s license as requestedFollow security and safety protocols at all timesMaintain accurate logs of transportation activities, including trip details and vehicle inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED.Must have at least 1-year previous professional chauffeur driving experiencePrevious experience working in a luxury hospitality setting preferredSkilled in the safe operation of limousines, SUVs, and all other vehicles in the fleet.

Must have and maintain a clean DMV record.

Must have or be able to obtain a Louisiana Chauffeur Driver’s License.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Strong knowledge of local routes, attractions and point of interest.

Excellent communication and guest service skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to lift luggage and assist guests as needed.

Ability to speak, read and write in languages other than English

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Must be able to sit for extended periods while driving.

Must have the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., fluid levels, tire pressure).Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Fast-paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraints. Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to a team member, candidate, and guest problems, in a timely manner.

Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job.

Respond to visual and aural cues.

Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment.

Must be able to recognize and respond to individuals with questions.

Must be able to maneuver around office and property.
