Moore Drive, Southaven, MS 38671 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and maintaining a positive experience for all passengers. You must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, nights, weekends, and holiday. This shuttle operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including all nationally recognized holidays. A clean driving record is required. Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicles, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Provide transportation services for passengers to various locations as scheduled. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle. Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Address passenger inquiries and provide information about routes, schedules, and services. Report any incidents or maintenance needs promptly to management. Qualifications Commercial driving experience preferred; experience in shuttle driving, limousine, ride share, or school bus driving is a plus. Proven experience in customer service with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by passenger needs or luggage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Excellent time management skills with the ability to adhere to schedules. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times while interacting with passengers.
