Responsibilities and Duties The Courtesy Shuttle Driver plays a dual role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting shop operations at Paul Campanella’s Auto Centers. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Safely transport customers using the company’s courtesy shuttle vehicles. Ensure the shuttle is clean and well maintained at all times. Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all shuttle passengers. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop and customer areas. Conduct miscellaneous errands related to shop operations such as picking up tires parts and supplies. Qualifications and Skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to use GPS navigation. Ability to perform minor physical tasks related to shop upkeep and cleanliness. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
