Transportation Aide Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Concord, PA Position:

Full-Time Transportation Aide Starting Pay:

$18/hour

Hours:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some flexibility based on appointment schedules)

Brinton Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for a dependable and caring Transportation Aide to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in the daily lives of our residents—helping them get to medical appointments, hospital visits, and community outings safely and on time. If you’re reliable, safety-minded, and enjoy helping others, this could be the perfect fit.

Your Role:

Safely drive residents to and from appointments, hospitals, and community events using a company vehicle Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily use Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure vehicle inspections and upkeep Follow scheduled pick-up and drop-off times while remaining flexible to changes Support with light maintenance tasks during downtime (e.g., hallway painting)

What You’ll Bring:

High school diploma or GED (required) Active Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 2 years) Physical ability to assist residents and lift up to 75 lbs Confidence driving and maneuvering a van in tight areas (e.g., alleys or loading zones) Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Experience:

1-2 years of transportation experience Experience in long-term care or healthcare environments Familiarity with safe transfer techniques and mobility equipment
