The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and guest relations, ensuring that every passenger has a pleasant and safe journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate efficiently within our resort area. Responsibilities Safely transport guests to and from designated locations within the resort and surrounding areas. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with luggage when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition. Communicate effectively with guests regarding shuttle schedules, routes, and any changes or delays. Assist with night audit duties as needed, ensuring all guest interactions are documented accurately. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when responding to calls. Collaborate with hotel management and hospitality staff to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold safety regulations and protocols while driving, prioritizing the well-being of all passengers. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management or hospitality management principles is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; familiarity with local routes is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the shuttle schedule.
