POSITION SUMMARY K
== It is the primary responsibility of the Chauffeur to provide courteous & professional services to our clients. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation to every client, on every trip Maintain clean and safe vehicle between runs Maintain a clean MVR & background Maintain an up to date MedCard on you at all times if driving DOT regulated vehicles Complete pre trip and post trip inspections Communication Communications with dispatch for all needs Conversations with clients is kept to a minimum unless engaged by client and relating all requests to dispatch Familiarity with popular locations to provide recommendations to clients when prompted Operations Consistent punctuality Clear and consistent communication Research trip information prior to scheduled trip Provide services in accordance with training and specifications Fuel Vehicles Operate company used software and apps efficiently Customer Service Anticipating and understanding customer needs & deliver the expected outcomes when allowed Integrity Add value to, and assist with, reaching company goals by taking ownership in your position, and assisting with other responsibilities as needed Show Integrity and respect with all clients and coworkers
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Ability to safely drive a full range of vehicles Ability to sit for extended periods Attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Geographical knowledge of the Charleston and surrounding areas, attractions, and history Adequate proficiency in English Basic computer skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience:
1-3 years related experience preferred
Experience:
1-3 years customer service experience preferred
