Schedule:
Monday through Friday – Home every night, weekends off Split Shift shuttle bus driver moving employees between locations around downtown Nashville, driving a 25-passenger minibus. The shifts are 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Monday through Friday Only. Extra work is available in the evenings and on weekends for even more money. Training and uniforms provided.

Chaplain Service Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the motorcoach safely. Regulate heating and air conditioning systems, lighting, and audio/video systems for passenger comfort and convenience. Comply with all local traffic regulations and applicable state and federal regulations. Promptly report delays or accidents according to company policies. Inspect bus as required per FMCSA rules and company policies. Fuel vehicles after each trip and as needed en route. Process accident and incident reports. Prepare all necessary records, including but not limited to electronic DVIR’s, hours-of-service logs, and passenger counts. Communicate professionally via two-way radio. Follow the route picking and dropping off passengers safely.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum age: 25 years High School diploma or GED certificate. US citizen or permanent visa, authorized to work in any US state. Valid Class C (or higher) Commercial Driver License with Passenger (“P”) endorsement, and no air brake restriction. 2 years verifiable experience in the type of equipment applying to operate Pass a pre-employment drug screen. Pass a DOT physical given by a physician certified on the FMCSA National Registry and approved by the Company. Must have an acceptable driving record (MVR): no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months no more than 4 moving violations within the last 3 years no more than 1 minor accident within the last 3 years. no major accidents, reckless driving charges, DUI’s, or DWI’s. (Failure to appear, for any of the above citations or charges, is considered a violation.) no suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years. Must comply with all other applicable qualifications for employment established by regulation and by the Company. Must satisfactorily demonstrate acceptable driving behaviors during a road test.
Physical Demands:
Must be physically capable of performing essential job functions, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to drive at least 3 hours without stopping.
