The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all riders. Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans and buses, to transport passengers according to scheduled routes. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety at all times. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes in service. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety standards are met. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns promptly. Document any incidents or issues that arise during transport and report them to management as necessary. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred. Experience in shuttle driving, paratransit, bus driving, or similar roles is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and team members. Ability to provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner. Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is an advantage. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy. A commitment to safety and adherence to all transportation regulations.
