Knoxville, TN 37912 Overview I am seeking 2 dedicated and reliable Female Taxi Drivers to join my Female Owned and Female Operated Company. The ideal candidates will possess excellent driving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their desired destinations while ensuring a pleasant and respectful experience throughout the journey. Duties Safely operate the taxi vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Pick up passengers at designated locations and drop them off at their requested destinations. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition. Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal items as needed. Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times. Navigate efficiently using GPS or maps to find the quickest routes. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding availability and any issues encountered during trips. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience in driving, Uber or Lyft drivers welcomed. Strong knowledge of local streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
