Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and dependable Warehouse Specialist & Delivery Driver to join our team. In this dual role, you will manage warehouse inventory prep, execute curbside event deliveries, and assist with local weekend market setups. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Logistics Prep:
Clean, inspect, pack, and properly load rental items according to specific event pull-sheets. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse inventory space. Warmly greet and assist clients coming into the warehouse for rental pickups.
Transport & Delivery:
Safely operate box trucks, cargo vans, and pickup trucks with utility trailers attached. Execute curbside deliveries and pickups for weekend weddings and private events. Drive safely, follow all traffic laws, and maintain vehicle care logs.
Farmers' Market Setup:
Assist with early-morning booth set-up and afternoon tear-down at the weekly Farmers' Market.
On-Site Problem Solving:
Think fast and resolve minor logistics issues on-the-fly with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
8:00 AM•11:00 AM (Curbside Deliveries — not every weekend )
Requirements & Qualifications Driving Experience:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Comfortable driving box trucks, cargo vans, and hauling/maneuvering trailers.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy event furniture/equipment (50+ lbs) regularly. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in Florida heat.
Detail-Oriented:
Meticulous about checking item counts and ensuring equipment arrives spotless and event-ready.
Customer-Facing Skills:
Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with clients, venue coordinators, and market attendees.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Fast-thinking, adaptive, and calm under pressure in a high-volume event setting. Benefits & Perks 1 week paid vacation after 6 months.
