Search Manufacturing Accounting Manager | Finance & Operations Employer Qualified Staffing Location Chatsworth, Georgia, United States Salary
This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation and manufacturing experience who enjoys being hands on, working independently, and taking ownership of the financial function within a growing organization. Responsibilities Manage daily accounting and financial operations within a manufacturing environment Maintain accurate and complete financial records using QuickBooks Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable Manage general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and month end close Manage and reconcile inventory related accounting activity Monitor COGS and manufacturing related costs Support inventory valuation and ensure accurate inventory reporting Review manufacturing costs, margins, and related financial activity Prepare and review financial statements and management reports Monitor cash flow and provide visibility into the company financial position Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and current Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting Work closely with company leadership and operations to provide meaningful financial information that supports business decisions Take ownership of accounting and financial processes as the company continues to grow Required Qualifications Strong accounting background with experience in a manufacturing environment ( Required) Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Experience with manufacturing accounting, including inventory and COGS Experience with inventory reconciliations and financial reporting related to manufacturing operations Understanding of manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports Proficiency with QuickBooks Experience managing a broad range of accounting and financial responsibilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and take ownership of the accounting function Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with company leadership and operations Experience working within a growing manufacturing company environment INDQT Discover what to expect when applying | See why candidates choose us | Find answers to common questions Apply (This will open in a new window from which you will be automatically redirected to an external site after 5 seconds) Send job Apply (This will open in a new window from which you will be automatically redirected to an external site after 5 seconds) Save job Click to add the job to your shortlist You need to sign in or create an account to save a job.
