This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, working with animals, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about one another. You may be a great fit for our team if you: Genuinely enjoy working as part of a team Are kind, positive, and respectful toward coworkers and clients Can stay productive in a busy environment Notice when something needs to be done and jump in to help Are comfortable receiving feedback and learning new skills Understand that veterinary medicine requires flexibility and teamwork Care about doing things correctly, not just quickly Want to continue developing your veterinary skills The Kind of Culture We're Building We want people who help make the team better by being on it. Our hospital values positivity, kindness, teamwork, accountability, education, and a strong work ethic. We celebrate each other's successes, help each other through difficult days, and believe that no job is "someone else's job" when a teammate needs help. Veterinary medicine can be demanding, so we work hard to create an environment where people feel supported, appreciated, and part of something bigger than their individual position. If you're looking for a hospital where you can work hard, learn a lot, have fun, and be surrounded by people who care about their patients and each other, we'd love to meet you.
