1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Pay:

$25.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor SMT equipment, including screen printers and pick-and-place machines, to support production schedules
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime
• Inspect PCB assemblies for defects and verify quality standards, component placement, and solder paste application requirements are met
• Maintain SMT equipment, document production activity, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve process issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
• Experience operating SMT equipment, including screen printers and pick-and-place machines, in a manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of electronic components, PCB assembly processes, and ability to read work instructions and assembly drawings
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience with SMT machine programming preferred
• Experience working with Juki SMT equipment preferred
• Familiarity with SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems preferred
• Knowledge of IPC standards, such as IPC-A-610preferred This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.
