Challenge Champions May Giveaway Rules
By claiming your ‘Challenge Champions: Stamp Collector 2026’ badge on Tallo and submitting feedback on the pinned thread for the Stamp Collector 2026 challenge, you will be automatically entered into the Challenge Champions May 2026 giveaway drawing.
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified within seven (7) business days of the drawing date via email.

Giveaway Rules
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
By participating in this giveaway, each participant represents and warrants that he or she meets the eligibility requirements detailed in these rules. Failure to meet all eligibility requirements may result in disqualification. Entry constitutes your acceptance of these rules. All entries become the property of Tallo and its affiliates (the “Sponsor”) and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters.
This giveaway begins at 12:01 AM PT on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on May 31, 2026, with the drawing taking place on or before June 7, 2026.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all residents of the United States who are age 13 or older. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental consent to participate, including consent to the publicity rights described in the “Conditions of Entry” section below. If a winner is below the age of majority in his or her state or jurisdiction, the winner’s parent or legal guardian may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and/or agree to these rules in writing on their behalf and on behalf of the minor child. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors (collectively, “Giveaway Entities”), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: To enter, participants must (1) be an active Challenge Champion on Tallo, (2) claim their ‘Challenge Champion: Stamp Collector 2026′ badge on the designated Tallo page, and (3) submit feedback on the pinned thread for the Stamp Collector 2026 challenge by 11:59 PM ET on May 31, 2026. Only one entry per participant will be accepted. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
DRAWING & PRIZE:
A single drawing will take place on or before June 7, 2026. One (1) winner will receive a $50 gift card to Amazon, Starbucks, or a local business listed on Give and Get Local (winner’s choice) (ARV: $50). The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon or Starbucks. Amazon and Starbucks are trademarks of their respective owners.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified via email no more than seven (7) business days after the drawing date. Winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize must be claimed within sixty (60) days of winner notification. Prize is not redeemable for cash. No substitutions are permitted except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or portion of any prize with one of equal or greater value in case of unavailability.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this giveaway and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, condition, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of any prize. By entering, participants agree that their submitted activity and engagement on Tallo may be used anonymously for educational and program improvement purposes in Tallo’s content and resources. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission for Sponsor and its agents to use each winner’s name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Entrants (i) agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”); (ii) release, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor as well as their employees, officers, directors and agents (“Released Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter may have which in any way arise out of or result from entrant’s participation, acceptance or use or misuse of any prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury, including death or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this giveaway or use or redemption of any prize.
GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION: This giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Entrants hereby agree that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or controversies (“Claims”) arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration pursuant to this provision and the code of procedures of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or JAMS, as selected by the entrant.
NEITHER PARTY HAS THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE A CLAIM IN COURT OR HAVE A JURY TRIAL ON A CLAIM. FURTHER, NEITHER SPONSOR NOR ENTRANT HAS THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR OTHER PERSONS SIMILARLY SITUATED, OR AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OF CLAIMANTS PERTAINING TO ANY CLAIM SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION. OTHER RIGHTS THAT ENTRANT WOULD HAVE IF ENTRANT WENT TO COURT ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION.
The arbitrator’s authority to resolve Claims is limited to Claims between Sponsor and entrant alone, and the arbitrator’s authority to make awards is limited to awards to Sponsor and entrant alone. Furthermore, Claims brought by either party against the other may not be joined or consolidated in arbitration with Claims brought by or against any third party, unless agreed to in writing by all parties. No arbitration award or decision will have any preclusive effect as to issues or claims in any dispute with anyone who is not a named party to the arbitration.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of this giveaway or in the announcement of any prize.
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR WEB ACCESS: The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this giveaway and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the website. The Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to an entrant’s or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this giveaway or downloading and/or uploading materials from or use of the website.
