C2 Pipeline is a program sponsored by Wayne State University’s College of Nursing. The program focuses on increasing graduation rates, improving academics, and helping to ensure students are college and career ready. They operate in nineteen Metro Detroit high schools, serving grades 9-12. C2 Pipeline consists of three main components: 19 afterschool programming centers, annual summer programs, and the Innovation & Curiosity Center

C2Â Pipeline is a 21st Century Community Learning Center funded program through the Michigan Department of Education. Â C2Â Pipeline operates in 24 Metro Detroit schools with the goal of college and career readiness. Â In order to achieve that goal, the staff of C2Â Pipeline uses hands-on, project-based learning activities in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math (S.T.E.M.) to engage students. Â An emphasis is placed on careers in S.T.E.M and the healthcare profession. Â C2Â Pipeline has several collaborating partners in the Metro Detroit area that are helping accomplish this goal.
