• $140,000 depending on experience We are seeking a Registered Nurse with leadership skills to work as a Director of Nursing (DON) for a leading provider of Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Long-Term care.

The role will be responsible for the overall management of clinical care for residents within a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility in Gastonia, NC. The company which operate the facility have over 60 facilities in their portfolio, spanning 6 states and offer rare stability in the LTC market via their ownership of the buildings, ancillary services and leading on the operations of their own facilities. Responsibilities Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and regulations. Manage nursing administration, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans, focusing on geriatric and acute care needs. Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
