  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance management

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those set forth by CMS and state licensing agencies
  • Manage departmental budget and resources effectively

  • Qualifications:
  • Degree in Nursing required;
  • Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
