JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) (RN) is responsible for providing quality nursing care in conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of nursing practice. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Assist with oversight of all clinical operations of the facility Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe Assist with implementation of all nursing care. Assist with supervision of facility nursing staff Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do. Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff. Create positive resident outcomes. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times. REQUIREMENTS
